The thatched-roof house is surrounded by a terrace with a large infinity swimming pool and an expansive garden. On the property, you can observe and feed freely roaming animals.

Pool & Patio
The terrace with dining table for six offers an unparalleled view into the bush. The dining area is covered with a sun and weather protection. The pool deck features sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A large barbecue area ('Braai') allows you to enjoy typical African bush evenings. From the terrace, the view extends to the waterhole, where animals often come to drink.

Bedroom 3
Dieses geräumige Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss bietet zwei Einzelbetten, die zu einem Kingsize-Doppelbett zusammengeschoben werden können. Environment & Resources
Ecology
- Our towels made from organic cotton - developed and produced in Germany - are certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and GOTS.
- Animals roam freely around the property. Therefore, the garden is left in its natural state and overgrown with bushes. Garden maintenance is only allowed within very narrow limits.
- On the 2,500 m² property, we are planting new trees and bushes.
- In a special nesting box, bats find a home. Bats are natural enemies of insects.
Resources
- Waste is collected and sorted at the recycling center.
- Daily towel changes are only offered upon request.
Smart Home
State-of-the-art smart home technology helps save energy and improve comfort:
- The air conditioning and hot water systems are automatically put into standby mode when there are no guests in the house.
- The house features a silent, automated gravity ventilation system that lowers room temperature at night without energy consumption.
- The insect-friendly lighting is partially automated.
- The quality of the pool water is continuously monitored via the internet in Germany.
