The 'Greater Kruger Park'
The Greater Kruger Park is the world-famous wildlife reserve in South Africa, spanning an area of more than 20,000 square kilometers.
Greater Kruger Park
The 'Greater Kruger Park' is the combined conservation area of the 'Kruger National Park' (managed by SANParks) and the adjacent private reserves, some of which share unfenced borders with the 'Kruger National Park'. Furthermore, the 'Greater Kruger' is part of the 'Great Limpopo Transfrontier Park' Initiative with an open border to the 'Limpopo National Park' in Mozambique. This extensive conservation area enables the natural movement of animals in one of the largest protected areas in the world.
Marloth Park
The 'Marloth Park' in the southern part of the 'Greater Kruger Park' is a nature reserve with a fascinating wildlife. Nestled amidst this unique bush landscape is the Bush Villa 'Greater Kruger View'. Giraffes, wildebeests, kudus, zebras, impalas, warthogs, baboons, and other animals roam freely in Marloth Park and cross the property. The 'Lionspruit', a private game reserve within the park, even hosts four of the 'Big Five'. The 'Crocodile River' separates the area from 'Kruger National Park', protecting it from dangerous animals such as elephants and big cats. During the night, the park belongs to the animals, so one should avoid walking or cycling during this time. 'Marloth Park' offers a unique nature experience amidst the wild beauty of Africa.
